Vegetarian sushi

Vegetarian Sushi

The task; The task today was to prepare and make sushi rolls. Starting by washing and cutting the carrots, cucumber, celery, and peppers into long skinny log strips. Then using bamboo sushi rolling mat we spread the rice to the edges apart from leaving a 2cm gap at the start for the rolling space onto the seaweed followed by the pre-cut veggies and we rolled.

Skills within the team; The group done extremely well, prepared everything correctly. They were also happy with the outcome of their sushi rolls.

Improvements; Some need to continue improving their listening and following instructions.

Feedback; The feedback I was given from another student in our class that I had given my sushi to said it was better than their sushi they made so I am happy with the feedback.

Next steps for myself; Not getting annoyed over the teammate's actions at times when they aren't listening.
